How do I find out if your products are registered for use in my state/country?

What are your hours of operation?
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST
What are your shipping hours?
Our shipping and receiving hours are from 8:00am-4:00pm EST. All orders that are received by 3:00pm are shipped same day. If orders are received on Saturday and Sunday they are processed on Monday of the next week (with the exception of holidays).
How can I track my order?

Do you offer shipping options?
We ship orders using Fedex/UPS small package as well as LTL carriers depending on the size of the order. Expedited service is available and orders are subject to shipping charges with expedited options.
Do you ship internationally?

Can I order direct from BioWorks?
All orders will be processed through our approved distributors. We partner with a number of distributors, which can be found here. We offer a very limited product selection on www.amazon.com and www.growninmyownbackyard.com
